Where do you ship?
Grace Lexington sells and ships exclusively within the United States of America. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, delivery takes 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday), and shipping is free on every US order. See our shipping policy for details.
How do returns work?
Didn't fit? Didn't love it? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Our refund policy has every detail, and we're happy to walk you through it.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Find my size guide and fit notes. Most of our pieces are relaxed through the arms and hip. Between sizes? Take your usual size.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number and we'll do everything we can before it ships.
Where's my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Can't find it? Contact us with your order number and we'll check on it for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
