Shipping policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and without fuss. This page explains how and when we ship.

Where we ship

Grace Lexington sells and ships exclusively within the United States of America. We are not able to ship to addresses outside the US.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

We process orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or US public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or peak holiday periods.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your orders.

Address details

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier and help put it right.
