These terms of service apply when you use gracelexington.com and buy from Grace Lexington. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our shipping policy, refund policy, payment policy and privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

Grace Lexington is owned and operated by Marisole Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 43 702 236 306, ACN 702 236 306), registered business address 207/8 Elgin Street, Carlton, VIC, 3053, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Grace Lexington and Marisole Holdings Pty Ltd.

2. Who can order

Grace Lexington sells exclusively in the United States of America. To place an order you must have a US shipping address and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately, including their colors, details and sizing. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements in our size guides are approximate. If a product isn't what you expected, our refund policy explains your options.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on every US order, and applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before your order ships and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the methods shown at checkout. Our payment policy has the details.

7. Shipping

We process orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday), and delivery takes 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. Shipping is free within the United States. See our shipping policy.

8. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Our refund policy explains how returns work, including return postage and the restocking fee for change-of-mind returns, and when refunds are issued.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

10. Using our site

Please don't misuse our site. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how the site works, copying content for commercial use, or using the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

11. Our content

The text, photography, logos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use, but please don't copy, reproduce or use them otherwise without our written permission.

12. Links to other sites

Our site may link to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including the consumer laws of your US state.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
