Currency and pricing

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of what you paid.

Payment security

Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider using encrypted (SSL) connections. Grace Lexington never sees or stores your full card number.

Order verification

To protect you and us from fraud, some orders are checked before they ship. If we can't verify an order, we may contact you or cancel it and refund your payment in full.

Pricing errors

We work hard to make sure prices are correct. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before your order ships and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your returned items. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra business days to show the credit. See our refund policy for full details.
